Comprehensive deposit protection training
The online course includes four learning modules to help you enhance your understanding of deposit protection and the tenancy lifecycle. The four course modules include:
- Module 1: Starting a residential tenancy
- Module 2: During the tenancy
- Module 3: Tenancy is coming to an end
- Module 4: Deposit disputes
Once you’ve successfully completed all four modules and pass the test you can claim your Certificate of Award in Deposit Protection.
