We keep deposit money safe for letting agents, landlords and tenants. Our free Custodial scheme is fast and efficient, and we also provide a competitively-priced Insured scheme. With over ten years’ experience of protecting tenancy deposits, we're the home of deposit protection.


We’re authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to provide tenancy deposit protection in England and Wales.

We’ve been providing free Custodial deposit protection since April 2007 and Insured deposit protection since 2012.

The DPS Charity Donations Fund

      We feel it’s important to give something back to the communities in which we work, particularly the housing sector. This is why we launched The DPS Charity Donations Fund in 2014; to help support charities that do amazing work for a range of housing-related issues.

Every quarter we donate up to £20,000 to charities working in the housing sector. Our committee meets quarterly to review applications and decide how best to allocate the funds. The committee judges applicants against our submission criteria and evaluates how well each applicant best fulfils the aims of The DPS Charity Fund. Visit the DPS Fund page to learn more or apply for funding.
